Jurg
Properties offers local buyers, investors and visitors a comprehensive range of
quality undeveloped land, residential, farms and commercial properties in Swellendam,
Williston, Fraserburg, Merweville and Carnarvon.
Jurg
was born in Ceres and completed his schooling there before going off to the Air
Force Gymnasium to complete his year of compulsory training.
Instead
of carrying on with flying as he might have done after completing his training,
Jurg decided instead on a career in banking and started working in Cape Town.
He was later transferred to Sasolburg and went on to work in Beaufort West and
Queenstown before finally moving to Swellendam in 1979.
After
semi-retiring as a Bank Manager, Jurg found his services in demand as a financial
advisor - a profession which, because of its close alliance with the field of
Real Estate saw Jurg move more and more in that direction as well, and in 1990
he completed the Estate Agent's examination.
After
leaving Swellendam, Jurg moved to Sutherland in 2002 which has now become the
new hotspot of South Afica!
Property
priced rose from R60,000 for houses to the upper R400,000's in a very short period.
Jurg
is married to Rita and they have 4 grandchildren to keep them busy.
